What a spread...

Haha~ Guess wat?! I've been cooking since morning!! madness... i think soon.. with more practise.. i'll become a fairly good cook! At least my stuff are edible... First thing in the morning! Breakfast!! I had an egg, salami ham and fish fillets!! Love my fish fillets.. together with my home-made milo... tsk tsk... breakfast was sumptious! Okie.. mayb all the food below can't be considered "cooking" but who cares!!?? I made them, for myself!! haha~ it's a huge improvement from the old christabel who can't even prepare her own breakfast!! *blushes*

Alrightey, after breakfast.. i studied for a while... and before i knew it, my stomach was already grumbling about the emptiness... so.. lunch was prepared! I had jap fried rice.. done my way! Hehe~ I added crab meat, prawns and eggs! And most importantly the jap wasabi seasoning! Let me try it... MMMMmmmm!!! It tastes great!! C'est magnifique!!

If i knew that cooking was this easy, i would hav picked up a skill or two from my maid when i was back home! Argh~ but it's ok.... i shall learn on my own!! Lotsa recipes on the internet.. and their dishes always look mouth-watering.. goodness... shall get back to my lunch!! 'laterz

Wondering..

Hmmm what if it's the 2nd time u're taking the same bus as him? The first time was at almost 2am about 1 month ago... and earlier today.. at 9.15pm, u met him at the same bus stop, and both boarded the same bus again. He gets off 1 bus stop after u, and he's living in one of the luxurious houses for law students. Yes, he did mentioned that he was in the law faculty. Well.. i guess i'll call it FATE if we take the same bus another 3 more times... wat am I getting myself into? *dreams*

It's friday!!

Yeah!! Friday is ALWAYS the best day of the wk...! =P Wat did i do today? I spent 25 bucks on a stupid lab coat... but at least I look good in it! Haha~ Hmm... can't wait to start working in the hospital.. shld be mad cool... anyway, I managed to get my lazy butt up by 5.45am this morning and into the lecture hall by 7am. For ONCE, I was earlier than the prof! Haha~ surprise, surprise! But the point was, the lecture was simply a total waste of my time. Argh~ my bio prof sux!!! He was lecturing us about carbonyl, carboxylic acid groups.. et cetera.. and then he drew the structure of a super obvious propanal. But when it came to naming that compound, he actually told us that it was called ethanal!! One of my lecture mates pointed out to him that he was wrong, but he insisted that he was right.... we were like... "wat the hell??!" Then, he decided to refer to the great and marvelous textbook, and realized to his horror that HE HAD MADE A MISTAKE!!! I can't believe that he's our professor.. crap....

Instead of apologizing and admitting to his mistake, he tried to find means and ways to explain why he thot it was ethanal and not propanal. Terrible... but then, it led me wondering... wat if i was in his position?? I think i would have been utterly embarrassed! Seriously... profs ALWAYS insist that their students read ahead so that when they come to class, they'll understand wat the prof is trying to teach. But i feel, professors themselves SHOULD read their own lecture notes (ahead of time) so they'll know that they're teaching us the right stuff! HMPH! =)

I'm supposed to hav my first bio exam next wk but guess wat? It has been postponed to Oct... due to the jewish religious wk...yeah! More time to study?? No... more time for me to read my theology books... damn... the class is BORING.... i love my human anatomy class!! Seriously, my professor is so damn freaking entertaining!! Everyone in class loves her!! She's witty and she knows her stuff!! I love listening to all the case studies which she encountered with her patients...! There's juz so much to learn and know en-route to being a PA! I'm getting more and more interested in the PA profession! Can't wait to graduate!

Homemaker

Guess where I've been frequenting lately?! KEY FOOD!! The closest supermarket to my place.. haha~ instead of being out with my frens, i'm actually hanging out in the damn supermarket. Spent 70 bucks on dunno wat in juz 2 days... argh~ But at least i'm gonna be out in the city tmr.. finally!! gosh.... all the biology classes are killing me softly... my stupid bro, actually had the time and money to go to Las Vegas!! HMPH!! I swear I muz go to Japan next yr... by hook or by crook....$#%#^!@!# then again, i promised dora that we'll go smwhere... even if it's juz m'sia!! haha~ but we seriously need our bonding trip!!

Everyone's askin me if I'm going anywhere during Thanksgiving.. The answer is a big fat NO! Coz I'll be studying... I hav my mid-terms right after Thanksgiving.. sux... a few of my peeps are planning to go to Florida at the end of the yr... i think it's a gd idea.. but then we hav to plan well and book ahead..

I think i forgot to mention how happy I was to get my DSL thingy working once again!! haha~ FINALLY!! Yes!! After waiting like for 3 wks?! But it was worth the wait... at least I can go online now... and I bought a printer!! A new CANON 3-in-1 printer!! I think it's gonna arrive latest, next monday... not sure if it's gonna be delivered to my place.. or I hav to pick it up from the post office. Hmmm...

Gosh i'm sleepy.. and i've an early class tmr.. alrightey, shall get my beauty slp now. Ciao...!!
